“People with high levels of physical fitness are the lower risk from dying from a variety of causes”American Medical Association

Here are the Benefits of Aerobic Exercise:

A Strong Heart

One cool thing about training and exercising is the way it toughens up your heart muscles. Seven-time tour de France winner Lance Armstrong has a famed super – low resting heart rate. According to his official website, Lance Armstrong’s heart is 30 percent larger than average normal person (an enlarged heart is fairly common among athletes) and he has a resting heart rate of 32 – 34 beats per minutes. With a maximum heart rate of 201 beats per minutes.

Take note, the usual resting heart rate of a human is 30 – 100 beats per minute. Miguel Indurain, a cyclist and five – time tour de France winner, had a resting heart rate of 28 beats per minute, Miguel Indurain is one of the lowest heart rate recorded in a healthy human.

No Need for Maintenance Medicines

I’ve talked and trained with a lot of older, but really fit athletes, and one benefits of aerobic exercise is that I always hear them say is,

“I’ve stopped taking maintenance medicines”

I also know a couple of people who have developed such a strong cardio system through exercise that they successfully ditched their inhalers.

Studies shows that aerobic exercise also helps you sleep better, prevents weight gain, and reduces the risk of high blood pressure, stroke, type – 2 diabetes, and other illnesses related with old age.

Save Up and Avoid the Hospital and Enjoy Benefits of Aerobic Exercise

Another reason why aerobic exercise is such a good investment is that is saves you a lot of money by avoiding paying hospital bills. With a healthy body, you can live life to the fullest by spending ot with your family and doing things that you love.

Increased Productivity

Your productivity will also increase as a regular exercise is proven to increase mental health, with aerobic exercise, everyday things become easier to do.

Get Moving and Get Fit!

The number one reason most people who don’t exercise say is that they don’t have time. If you can’t do 30 minutes straight, you can break it down into three parts and train for 10 minutes at a time. Take the stairs instead of elevator, if you can, walk or ride a bike to your destination instead of rising a car. You’ll get your exercise in not to mention, help Mother Nature by decreasing your carbon footprint.

It doesn’t matter whether you enroll in a gym or workout at home or outdoors. The most important thing is to get you butt off your bed, couch, or office chair and get moving. The toughest part of getting into any exercise routine is the first few weeks. But once you get past the “break – in” stage, benefits of aerobic exercise can and will become addicting, your body will surely thank you for it.

You don’t need to train like superman in order for you to get the lifelong benefits of aerobic exercise. Studies have shown that exercising for even just 30 minutes a day can do wonders for you in the long run

There are a thousand other benefits that aerobic exercise can give you. If you haven’t started getting into the fit and active lifestyle yet, it’s never too late to start. The sooner you start to live healthier, the more chances you will enjoy life better in the future.
