Adobo is very delicious and tasty when you marinate the Pork for at least 12 to 24 hours and this was only an optional but if you are looking forward to cooking time just give yourself for at least less than an hour for the preparation. follow my recipe on how to cook adobo to achieve the tastiness of this dish.
Ingredients on How to Cook Adobo:
- 1 kilo Pork
- 5pcs. Garlic (peeled)
- 2pcs. Onions (quarter)
- Black pepper
- Cooking Oil
- Pickles (slice into small part)
- 50ml. Soy Sauce
- 250ml. Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- Kraft Cheese
Procedures on How to Cook Adobo:
[dropcap type=”1″]1[/dropcap]In a clean bowl spread the chopped pork make sure that when you put some ingredients it will soak.
[dropcap type=”1″]2[/dropcap]Marinate pork or chicken by putting Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Sugar, Black pepper, Kraft Cheese.
[dropcap type=”1″]3[/dropcap]Heat the Pan with cooking oil wait for at least 5 minutes.
[dropcap type=”1″]4[/dropcap]Saute the onion and garlic until it makes golden brown.
[dropcap type=”1″]5[/dropcap]Add the Marinated Pork or Chicken. Cover the pan for 10 minutes.
[dropcap type=”1″]6[/dropcap]Add the pickles and kraft cheese. (don’t stir). Cover it again and wait until it cooked.
