Chicken Macaroni Salad Recipe
One of the best good appetizer among Filipinos. Usually, this dish typically served during important occasions, gatherings also during family outing. - 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1 lb. chicken
- 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 3/4 cup minced carrots
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 cups water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken Macaroni Salad Recipe Procedure:
[dropcap type=”1″]1[/dropcap]Boil the chicken in a medium skillet pan over a medium heat for at least 25 minutes, then add a pinch of salt to it. Make sure that the chicken is totally cooked.
