The Chicken Curry Recipe

One of the Filipinos Favorite – a spicy dish which have a very creamy sauce because of its vegetable ingredients like potatoes, bell pepper, carrots and also most important, the  Curry Powder. You can serve this for Lunch and Dinner. Indians were the one who introduced this kind of spicy foods to us. Chicken Curry has also similarity to “Ginataang Manok” wherein the chicken was cooked with coconut milk. In this Chicken Curry Recipe, we will only use all readily available in the supermarket today. Make sure to buy a Curry Powder with the highest quality because curry powder is the one who will bring creaminess and spiciness to your dish. It’s also depends on what brand will suits you taste, try to experiment other commercialized brand if there is no available.

  • 1/2 kilograms chicken, Choose the thighs and leg part, cut it into cubes for fast cooking
  • 2 Medium potato, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups coconut milk (or you can buy 1 can coconut creme)
